Application for our second annual Lavender Evening Fest 2026. Calling all crafters, makers, artists, antique sellers, and food vendors. Our festival will be held on June 20th from 3pm-8pm. Rain date June 21st. When applying, please note you must be available for the rain date too. For sellers of non-food items, it is $25 for a 10×10 spot. Please bring your own tent, tables, and chairs. Food vendors are $35 per spot. No refunds once paid. As for food vendors, we are especially looking for foods that have lavender or floral themes. We do not accept vendors that offer services unless it’s a physical service, such as hair braiding, henna, etc. Also, note that we do not have electricity available. Please remember this is an event for all ages, so products must be family friendly. Nothing political either or we will ask you to pack up those items. Types of vendor’s applications we are lacking are pottery, basket weaving, leather goods, folk crafters, antiques, wood items like cutting boards and decor, book vendors, and ice cream (lavender ice cream specifically).
Please note that filling out the application doesn’t guarantee you a spot until all applicants have been reviewed. You will also be contacted once we have made our decision.
