Book your session for yourself or for your clients by the hour. We offer private rental of the grounds before or after our normal business hours. Sunset is a favorite and usually have most evenings available throughout the year.
Prices and Rentals
For the 2025 year the rates are as listed.
- Ground rental shoots for up to 4 families or product/promotional shoots : $40 per hour.
- For larger groups of people or 5 or more hours please contact us about customized rates.
- Floral bouquet: $9
- Vintage pickup rentals: $75 for the first hour, $125 for 2 hours, $175 for 3 hours. For more hours to rent for shoots please contact us for a customized rate. Truck rentals are in addition to the ground hourly rent.

*Note: Large hybrid lavender bushes bloom from about mid-June to early July. Smaller English Lavender blooms start late May and at various times throughout the summer. Sunflowers will start around September 6th until the September 21st.
First book your date and time. *NOTE: be sure you receive a confirmation email from both Calendly and PayPal. If using your phone to book, please scroll down in the calendar window to book the date after typing in your name and email which is separate from the pay now button. The button likes to hide on mobile devices if you don’t scroll in the calendar booking window.
Next click the button to pay by credit card, Venmo or PayPal. If making a custom booking for example 2 hours with only 1 hour vintage truck, please email or message us on Instagram for an invoice to be emailed to you. By proceeding with payment you are also agreeing to our Rules and Guidelines along with our cancellation policy listed below:
Rules and Guidelines
By booking you except our rules and guidelines for yourself and your clients. This includes no throwing stones or other objects, especially into the plants. No jumping, walking or running on or over the plants. No pulling on the doors of the big barn or throwing anything at any of the buildings. If renting our vintage pickups or vintage props please be sure your clients do not damage the props or trucks and no children inside the cab of the trucks. Sitting on the tailgate is acceptable, but no jumping please. If shooting with dogs we ask no more than two dogs per session. Please refrain dogs from eating any plants nor tinkling on the lavender. Please do not pick flowers unless you have previous permission. We also ask that you clean up completely after a session, especially if doing a cake smash, and return items to their original spots. Please do not let children move anything. If there is any major damage we will not let you shoot on our premises for future shoots.
Inclement Weather and Cancellations
In case of inclement weather we will do our best to reschedule your session. Payment for cancelled sessions can be forwarded anytime during the calendar year. For example a lavender shoot being postponed due to heavy rain or other reasons to be moved to our rain dates for lavender or to September for a sunflower shoot or Christmas photos in front of the barn, etc. If you can absolutely not reschedule we can give you a partial refund minus the 4.5% transaction fee PayPal takes. As for cancellation due to any other reason on your part not related to extreme weather conditions we do not refund. If needing to reschedule due to weather please wait 30 minutes before the start of the shoot before rescheduling as weather can sometimes change for the better as we have learned the past couple years.
